HOW WE STARTED


Back in 2016, our head pastry chef and CEO Anna A. opened a bakery, first of its kind in California, that specialized in gourmet eclairs. Éclair-A-Licious quickly became an LA sensation. Having 20 and plus years of experience in pastry industry, Anna A. created delicious gourmet desserts with unique twist.

Chef Anna A. has trained with the best in the business all over the world. With her talent and expertise, she creates uniquely crafted flavors, frequently adding and changing already Beyond Delicious Éclair menu.

STORY BEHIND THE NAME

When our Pastry Chef decided to open Éclair Specialty bakery in Los Angeles, she wanted a name that stood out for it, but unique and catchy at the same time. There were so many options, but while testing and tasting new eclair recipes, Anna caught herself repeating “Beyond Delicious” after each bite. And there was it! She knew that slogan for her Éclair bakery had to be “Beyond Delicious” since it was meant to give you mouthwatering anticipation. And what a better name as “Éclair-A-Licious” could rhyme with “Beyond delicious” and meet all the criteria for delivering the concept of unique and catchy bakery.
